Burn’s Night Customs and Celebrations
One of the traditional ways to celebrate Burn’s Night is with a supper of:
Cullen Skink, followed by Haggis, ‘neeps and tatties’, (a dish of swede and potatoes), and
Cranachan, a desert made with fresh raspberries, honey, cream and oats.
Not forgetting Shortbread and a wee dram of Whiskey to end the evening with ‘Auld Lang Syne’.
